  1. AWARD Bios-Update for HOT-555 Mainboard

  3. Attention:
  4. This file may not be up to date.
  5. We are not liable for any damages caused by the bios-update.
  6.  
  7. 1) Check programming voltage of EEPROM
  8.    JP18 2-3: 12V (Intel -i- and MX Chips)
  9.    JP18 1-2: 5V  (generally: others than Intel chips)
  10. 2) Do not load any memory manager.
  11. 3) Start DOS and execute: AFLH52B <BIOS file name>

  13.       AFLH52B 55XWUQ0B.BIN   for HOT-555 with UMC I/O Chip
  14.       AFLH52B 55XWSQ0A.BIN   for HOT-555 with SMC I/O Chip
  15.  
  16. 4) After programming, turn off your system for a moment
  17.    and load Bios-Default settings.
